ERA works with companies and organizations with annual revenues or operating budgets between $10mm to $500mm per year to help these companies/organizations optimize cash flow, enhance EBITDA and strengthen enterprise value. We accomplish these objectives by providing specific cost category expertise and price transparency that usually results in Savings in the 10-20% annual range per cost category reviewed.
